Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This place is so slow. Takes at least 30 minutes to get your food and it’s not even busy.

Not enough employees working. Took forever to order and get food. The freestyle drink machine had no ice and very few drink selections. You could tell nothing was being kept up due to understaffing.

After 10 minutes passed after ordering, they told me they had no grilled chicken for my Zalad.

Won’t be back to this location.

Terrible food. Tastes off. We are normally fans of Zaxby’s, but most definitely not this one. We were concerned about eating the food and it possibly getting us sick (especially the Cole slaw. see the pic). The drinks had basically no syrup in either one in our order.

I was craving for something different today and sadly the doors were locked no one was there at all lights were off. Very disappointed

I’ve gone here 3 times since they reopened and I will not be returning to this location. I ordered 2 salads and waited 30 minutes. Couldn’t leave the drive thru due to the parking lot having the blocks. The staff is sometimes rude, but mostly on their phones or talking bad about the customer they just had. The sandwiches were burnt the last two times we ordered them. They went downhill quick after they reopened.

Food was old tasting. Lettuce was brown and bitter, egg rolls tasted like they were cooked in old oil. (I only took 1 taste of each) the cole slaw was old hopefully doesn't have salmonella) my husband ordered a signature sandwich meal and got spicy plus the fries were cold. We spent $24.83. For garbage

3 weeks. Have been waiting to hear back from someone about my order being wrong. Then you all message to contact that bs website. This Zaxbys is horrible. The franchise owner is horrible.

Stopped by to get some lunch before work. Got to work later to eat food and it was the wrong order. Been trying to call for the past two days to get this corrected. They don’t fix anything just give you this fake zaxbys feedback website. Then nothing is ever done. I figured since they reopened it would be better service. Nope!

Waited in drive thru for 15 minutes no would take order called the place and they won't answer the phone.. drive out of the drive thru the guy is standing in the window.? Will it be back

If I could have given them 0 stars I would have. Is the second time that I have had a horrible experience at this location. 20 minutes in line . This time I didn’t even get my order. Extremely Rude people that work there. I will NEVER go back there!!!!!

At 805pm on 9-19-24, dining room door was locked. I could see a few people inside. Had to drive around building to get in the drive thru line. There were 6 vehicles in line. 4 that had already ordered. I sat there over 5 mins and line never moved. The car in front of me finally left, which allowed me to leave as well. Went to Chick Fil A and had my food in less than 5 minutes even though there were 5 times as many customers there! Close this place down. It is NO better now than it was b4 it closed the last time!

Easily the worst food ever. Long wait for cold fries, grease pockets in the chicken fingers and cole slaw with no utensils. Fries tasted like they were fried in rancid oil.

Being busy is understandable, but being rude to your customers and having over a 15 minute wait in the drive through line with only 2 cars ahead of me and then over a 10 minute wait at the window is out of hand. Used to love it here, hope they improve for the community of Maumelle!
