Regan was friendly, courteous, and took the time to explain the menu to us; he also kept our wine glasses full. The atmosphere was cozy and a fantastic place for a first date. “As a local BigBack I have searched forever for a good local bakery. BMB is the PERFECT spot. Ive been 3 times now and here is my conclusion: Its that place that you see them eat at in a Hallmark movie and just sigh. This small shop feels like stepping into a different time and place. Each day they have a different assortment of tarts and pastries in the display more beautiful and delicious than the day before. You can buy entire loaves of sourdough bread baked fresh by hand the day before. Each visit you are greeted by the same two faces (one can only assume to be the owners and chefs). Have brunch and walk out loaded down with sweet treats and loaves of bread for later. Today my husband ordered a Muffuletta sandwich that required him to unhinge his jaw just to bite. After the first bite he sent me back to order two more sandwiches to take home for later. To say that you can taste the actual love in every bit of food is an understatement. We do not live near the bakery but are willing to make the 40 minute drive once a week to restock our home with bread that taste as if its from the Old Country iykyk I would upload pictures of what we got but the food did not make it that far. Do yourself a favor and just pop in sometime. It is super reasonably priced, you can afford it. Will be requesting that they cater my every upcoming event.”

“i am normally not disappointed but today. My order was horrible..fries cold, only got 3 chicken tenders should of been 6 per the menu. No Texas toast accompanied the order.”

“Tried Uncle Tim's today. Pulled pork sandwich gets a 10 out of 10. Was given a sample of fish and it was very tasty. Really liked the tarter sauce. The food was well worth my drive and the service was excellent. Will be talking to Uncle Tim about some catering I maybe needing.”

“Sorry to say that yesterday was my first time in this place, wow wow wow! If your granny could cook….I bet she didn’t cook as good as Hollys Country Cookin . I don’t eat pinto beans…I ate hers, they were the first thing gone! I don’t eat non jiffy cornbread…I ate every bite of her old fashioned jalapeño cornbread, country fried potatoes were delicious, and so was the cabbage, both thighs were southern fried perfection, I was in a complete food coma after this meal. I have been a chef for 23 years and no stranger to growing up eating these dishes, but they are rarely this good all at the same time! we will definitely be back to support this outstanding place. Hats off!!!”
