I ordered a number 2 the triple smash burger. The lady who took the order rang it up as a number 3 cheeseburger. The car hop came out took the burger that was wrong (which was fine because its not what i ordered) and then 3-4 different employees came out lookint like who done it. It took us 20 minutes to recieve the right food but was asked to pay the balance of a dollar and some change which was not a big deal but the mindset of the employees and whatever sorry excuse of a manager there is on staff at the time of the so called service needs to be fired immediately. I don't have the issue of stopping by this location again because it was on a road trip but these people are awful. What happened to the customer is always right? They took the whole 20 minutes to try to figure out what stall I was in and where the receipt was instead of just making the food maybe if they put the time in to making sure customers were happy. Then making sure they covered their own butts maybe just maybe this place would thrive being the only restraunt next to a gas station. Also one of the ladies was walking away was waving her hands around and yelling while I myself had children in the car and whoever there possibly had children in the car.

Just ate a very cold cheeseburger—cold meat and cheese not melted.. Meat was overcooked and hard around the edges. Could this have been left from lunch, barely reheated and served at 3:00? Worse cheeseburger ever. Error in our ticket and over charged. Stop here often when driving thru McCrory. May have to find another place to stop. 🥲🥲🥲

Charlie was my carhop and I asked for napkins because she brought me two chili dogs with no napkins. She said she would be right back and I never seen her again so I had to get on the speaker and a nice lady by the name of Keisha I believe or something similar to that, brought them out to me right away while Charlie was off helping other people. This is not how you Sonic ma'am

Sundaes come in one size. But this visit resulted in the smallest sundae I've seen for $2.69. Opted for no whipped topping per usual and only received about half of a normal sundae amount.

I had to return my all American hot dog 3 times. I told the manager and two employees they can feel the inside of it. They kelp given me a COLD HOT DOG. Yes I know ketchup is cold. But that don’t make the inside of the hot dog cold. I hat to ask for a manager, he said he can feel it’s cold. I got here at 7:45 I’m just now leaving at 8:08. With a burger and a bogo coupon. But my lunch break over.
We got there over 30 minutes before close we ordered and our food took around 20 minutes to get to us. They then turned off the lights. Problem is we didn't receive part of our order so I clicked the button they said they would bring out the missing item 10 minutes later I clicked and she immediately said we're closed and shut the speaker off I hit the button again for it to not even be answered and shut off I hit it again and finally someone answered and was just like we're closed so I quickly said I didn't receive my order I was waiting on! She had no clue what I was talking about it finally got brought out for the girl to have an awful attitude. The chicken strips were still cold. At this point I gave up and just left. I will never go to this location again.

Cold, why was it so cold, ordered there,ate there,food cold as can be... bacon old and rubbery... why would anyone want to pay extra for that. I worked at sonic as a kid... I would have been fired that day for turning that out of the kitchen. We had 4 minutes and it had to be hot,fresh,and presentable.

My app never works: $9 that I can't spend is not desirable. This location usually has nice hoopers and a clean lot. On this Day the app did not work so I ordered partly in the app and partly onsite. It was a longer than expected visit.
