Something is always wrong with every order. Every single order. I trusted them today and didnt check my bag, when I got home... of course. Staff cuts off timers so they dont get hit with poor performance and it makes it so window people cant see what you ordered. If they dont memorize it fast enough, you get messed up. Those teenagers NEVER remember.

Every time I come here, I ask for a root beer, sweet cream and vanilla and to add extra because every time they do it, they add the smallest amount and I like it a certain way, and even with asking for extra extra, they still skimp out on me every single time I never have this problem in Hot Springs. This is The worst one I’ve gotten and I asked for extra and you can’t even taste it and it’s just full of ice like I’ve never gotten so much ice in a cup in my life

I got 6 drinks and all they tasted like straight up flavoring and no sod, like I got a dirty dr pepper and all my daughter tasted was flavoring and no Dr pepper

Last review I did was too much salt on your fries, that was 2 months ago. Here it is August 9/2025 and had to say my order 3 times, twice at the intercom and again at the window. If the intercom doesn't work fix it. Or listen. If you can't hear someone say you can't hear them.
