Went in the drive thru and always turn my truck off so they can hear me got to the window and it took 10-15 minutes before anyone came to the window. Got my order and half of it was not even there. Was accused of stealing when I had emptied everything out of the bag. Was told to drive thru cause she had to get the other orders out or she will get in trouble. They never listen it’s a constant problem. The only thing that was good out of it was the girl that came to the window just clocked in and was willing to help without out attitude like the first girl.

The sonic in Melbourne seems to be one of the better ones. Fast service, food was cooked just right. Server was friendly with a great sense of humor. Just all around recommend 👌

The woman taking are order shany, was very snappy, and rushy, she wasnt polite, she told are kids to be quiet. And take note are kids are 1 and 3, she didn't read us back are order, and I am totally in shock given how she replied to us. With me being a former sonic employee, she did not follow protocol. And was not respectful.
Takes forever to get food even when order ahead and they always forget food not to mention they always forget to give the wacky pack drinks. Always make sure to check ur stuff

The entire meal I had today SUCKED. the burger bun was all crumbled and dry like it was on old but not moldy, so they used it anyways, then over toasted it. The lettuce was just the heart of the lettuce so it was hard and bitter. There was next to no condiments on it. Everything felt luke warm like it was pre-made and just sitting around. The fries were rubbery and gross. And the coke was all carbonation and no soda. If I wanted food like that I'd have gone to the big M. Every time I go here this place slips further and further down hill. But this was a new low.
