Im editing my original post. 40 minutes to close they have nothing. Chairs are up so you can't eat inside. They have no lettuce or spinach. Cutting boards are put up. The excuse is that they are closed tomorrow so they dont have anything prepped. Veggies are pickles, banana peppers, cucumbers, jalapeños and olives.

The young lady who made my sandwich was quiet but very professional. She was alone at the counter (it sounded like her coworker was in the back washing equipment at the time) and there was a line, and she kept her cool the whole time and made a great sandwich. Tip (which I hope the owner gave her) well-earned.
