This was a good stop. We had the Shotgun Smokey (loaded baked potato). The potato was large and the brisket was delicious. They had several choices of barbecue sauce. My potato was cooked perfect, Connie said hers had a few hard spots in it. There were covered picnic tables to wait or eat in the shade. Would definitely recommend.
I have never really been a big fan of food trailers. However,having said that, this IDC BBQ place has to be some of the best food I have ever had. Thank you so much for the food and the friendly service. If you are a skeptic like me please stop in and order something. U will not be disappointed. Prices very resonable and portions are filling.

We found this little hole in the wall on our way to Oklahoma and we're so happy we did. All of it was amazing from my husband's stacked up smoked burger and pulled pork sandwich to my sampler plate.
