I have been eating KFC for over 50 years and, without a doubt, this was the worst experience ever. People around the community routinely post about how bad it is, but I usually take that in stride and go for myself. I bought the 4pc. chicken tenders meal and everything about it was just horrible. The chicken itself looked and tasted like it was days old left under a heat lamp, day and night. The fries weren't any better and the biscuit got hurled like a Frisbee. I will never eat there again until some changes are initiated.

Food is awful. Last chance I give KFC. I visited 5 locations throughout Arkansas this past year. All were awful. The chicken has no flavor anymore. The prices are ridiculous and the people just don't care!

Any time me and my family come here we wait at least 15 minutes for our food. it's fast food- it's supposed to be fast. they are always out of something. Sometimes CHICKEN and or wings. the food has never made me sick, all i can say. only reason why we come back is because mena has limited options.

Food was ok. I know it's fast food so lots of grease. Service to order was good but getting the food had to ask for our sauce we ordered. Then wait cause other people in there and the one who took the order was doing front counter and drive threw. Also handing out drinks and orders to both sides.

This place is dingy and smelly first of all. Second I waited near 30 minutes to ever get someone to come to the counter to help me, and the food is absolutely disgusting. i will never eat here again

Love the potpies but had an employee argue with us over the sandwiches we pay for and didn't get
Maybe a bad day but the crunch wrap was falling apart and one of the chulupas my wife ordered was still partially frozen. Workers were completely ignoring the front counter. Do not recommend.

As usual, the staff has a terrible unfriendly attitude. The way she talked to the lady in front of us almost made us leave.But it was Sunday so not many choices of where to go. Fortunately the food is good. Hot and cooked right. There wasn't a single clean table to be found.
