I am not a big fan of McDonald's but I like their new chicken wraps they are really delicious my daughter likes to Happy Meals so I seem to spend more time than I like there I would recommend their chicken wraps to anybody as they were really good

It's clean, the crew is mostly helpful, the food is typical for McDonald's.
This McDonald’s is very clean, restrooms are always clean. Seems like they are low staffed. Recommend using the drive thru.

McDonald's is McDonald's, in most cases, while some are better/cleaner than others. This one, in Mena, is only 6 months old, after the previous one was torn down and I haven't decided if I like this setup......it doesn't, like so many others businesses now, seem to have lost its personal customer service touch, but then again. I'm not the one trying to keep the doors open on a restaurant, one of the hardest businesses in existence today. So, KUDOS to the owner for building this new facility. America, no doubt, loves McDonald's, we will continue giving them business.

I have ate at this McDonalds for over 20 years mainly just breakfast. But my son has ate here since he has been born the french fries and nuggets. The last few weeks I have ate quite extensively breakfast here. Every sandwich the bread is so hard it hurts my mouth and teeth to eat, muffins and biscuits a like. Usually end up waiting a litte and you are it will be hot. The main portion of the sandwich is like warm at best. The few i have eaten lumch or dinner the fries seem to be room temperature and the sandwich portion is literally cold. I am not one to write reviews but I feel it is necessary to maybe get someone to get some changes going. The order is weong quite often but the food is lukewarm at best most everytime.
