McDonald's is McDonald's, in most cases, while some are better/cleaner than others. This one, in Mena, is only 6 months old, after the previous one was torn down and I haven't decided if I like this setup......it doesn't, like so many others businesses now, seem to have lost its personal customer service touch, but then again. I haven't eaten at McDonald's since I was a teen, so I decided to try their spicy chicken sandwich when my husband ordered his food.
Everything was good but they forgot my fries and I didn't realize it until I left, had to go back and get them.

Danielle was so sweet and very attentive! On top of taking customer orders she was cleaning, bringing out food, and even paused to give some travelers directions all with a smile on her face - she also rocked the sparkly headband!
