My husband and I visited skyline Café in Mena Arkansas yesterday and I had the burger with cheese and chips ($8.99)and he had the special which consisted of beans with ham fried potatoes, cornbread, and fried okra. The beans are good but the price was shocking! $17.99 for beans!!!! Make sure you ask the price of the specials before you order them!! JS
LOVED this place!! They were all nice and even though they were very busy, the food came out excellent and in a timely manner! The breakfast was the Mom's/Grandma's home cooking type of taste and brought some nostalgia. I was from out of town and it was so good I went 2 mornings in a row. If you're ever in Mena AR....this is the place to go!
On a mini vaca, my wife & I ate breakfast here. Great food. Brought me back to my childhood with the home cooked meals. We returned Friday for their catfish lunch, still great. Prices were incredibly reasonable. I highly suggest bringing cash because cards are not accepted. Thank you for being patient & understanding while I went to the bank fir cash.
