Look, don't get me wrong. This is a decent little drive-in, as MOST Sonics are. But the reality is, if you're in Mena and you're looking for that southern drive-in experience, you should be at Cruizzers. If you haven't checked it out yet, get on it. Trust me; you'll soon be a blissfully blissful convert. It's a wonderful place to take the whole family, or just go it alone. Fantastic food. Super solid service. What more could you ask for? Parking: Parking is reliably simple and easy, except around noon. It can also get a bit hairy between 6-9 pm, depending on the time of year.

Me and my boyfriend ordered some drinks and some food, my boyfriend got a southwest crunch wrap, and after biting into his food and tasting something sour, he looks down to see a FLY in his food! How can you let that happen?! Making the order and not seeing the fly? Absolutely pitiful and disgusting!
Everytime I come to this location the girls all have a bad attitude towards me and my coworker.

I ordered 2 floats; a coke float and a root beer float. The girl with the long blonde hair came out and brought the floats and told me it was $9+change. I handed her $20. She said "I'll be right back with your change." As she walked off, she looked back over her shoulder and said "Have a nice day." and went into Sonic. I waited, and waited until it seemed clear she wasn't coming back. So I hit the button and asked them to send out my change. They sent out a different girl and she seemed confused about what I was asking for. I explained and she went back inside. A few mintutes later the blond girl came out and handed me my change with an attitude. Both "floats" were basically a cup of ice cream with a tiny splash of the coke and root beer, so I asked the girl if they could add some soda to both. She said they don't do refills. I held my glass out of the window and turned it upside down. Nothing came out. It's a glass of ice cream. I told her I don't need a refill, but we wanted floats, not just ice cream. She asked if I wanted a manager, and I said yes. She stormed off to get a manager. The manager lady came out and asked what I wanted. I again asked for a bit of coke and a bit of root beer to be added to the "floats". She said no! She said they fill the glass half up with the soda, but obviously they had not. She refused to help us. I will never go to that Sonic again.

Today me and my family went to our local sonic in Mena. It was so amazing. There was a new guy who messed up our order on accident and him and the manager both came out and were so nice and professional and did everything they could to make it right and in the end they made it all correct and me and my family couldn't have been happier with how they conducted them selves and how nice and professional both the car hop and the manager were. Thank you Devon and Cyrus for everything you did today.
