Today me and my family went to our local sonic in Mena. It was so amazing. There was a new guy who messed up our order on accident and him and the manager both came out and were so nice and professional and did everything they could to make it right and in the end they made it all correct and me and my family couldn't have been happier with how they conducted them selves and how nice and professional both the car hop and the manager were. Thank you Devon and Cyrus for everything you did today.
Order taker could not understand the simple order, then got it wrong. What they did send out didn't taste good.

I bought a card of coupons for a fundraiser. I expected to use them at any Sonic, not to be told, "Our manager doesn't take those." I spoke with the store manager, and he couldn't answer why. I called the franchise owner and never heard a word from him. I'm not upset with the workers they're being told not to take them. I'm pissed at the franchise owner for not accepting them, so overall, Mena Sonic is a 2 out of 5. I didn't stay to eat or drink anything. Probably won't go back for some time.

Since the new owners took over, this sonic has dramatically increased in quality, in food, drinks, AND service. No longer afraid to eat here!

I wouldn't give any stars buuut......The food is horrible well it was the last time ate there I'll NEVER eat there lol lol I guess they only have a reputation for their fountain drinks hahahaHey if you want GOOD food go to cruzziers drive in they are the bomb. Absolutely love the food their.Heey hey hey get this.. you only tell them your orderONCE and when they bring your food and drink it's EXACTLY what you ordered.They have never gotten our order wrong, never.
