Every time we eat here, the food tastes old and we end up having to throw it away and waste money… later on, we feel sick afterward. Taco Bell in mena is awful and could use new staff and management that cared about their job. I don’t recommend eating there until they get new management/workers.

It was literally the worst tacos I've ever had we bought a 12 pack tacos and the shells covered in a horrible taste of oil. Worst experience I've ever had.

Pick up window service very rude. Worker failed to mention they were out of Cantina, avocado sauce upon order but stated they did not have Diablo sauce. Upon receiving the order the worker was asked if the cantina avocado sauce was with the order he stated my cantina grill cook should have put it in the bottom of the bag” then shut the window there was no sauce in the bag we had to honk the horn to finally get someone to come back to the window once the same worker returned he stated they didn’t have any of the sauces and shut the window!! We had no time to ask about napkins. NO napkins no sauces rude service very unprofessional!!

Food is ok but go next door to cruzziers for quality food & service. The service for drive thru has improper behavior from employees. If you report it to the manager you get bad attitude and rudeness. Do better.

My chalupa didn’t have lettuce/ the tacos were greasy on bottom n sides n therefore soggy/ we got 8 items n they were thrown into one sack! Do employees get any training? And for all this I spent $30.00.

I ordered the Dorito tacos and they gave me the plain tacos and they taste like the taco shells were really old and I got them to go not even five minutes before I ate the shells were grease and soft not much in them for the money
Went through drive-thru. There were no vehicles in front of me. Ordered 2 party packs, both soft, one order with no lettuce. Waited 20mins for my order. Once I got it, checked to make sure it was correct. All tacos had lettuce. Went inside for them to correct it. That took another 20mins! No apologies for the mess up or wasted time. Never again will I go back to this place!

Spend $43 and change on a meal that was so old and unappealing that we literally didn't even want to eat it with the old leftover chewy jerky tenders we got or anything else for that matter, when I went back they said they couldn't do anything but give a few coupons for a taco from taco bell (KFC/taco bell combined.)

This is not the first time of messed up our order. Ordered 3 soft tacos and a chicken crunchwrap Supreme. We got 3 soft tacos in such a mess not even rolled up right. We got a crunch wrap that was beef. The receipt showed chicken. I can't have beef, medical reasons. Had to drive all the way back to get it right. The correct crunch wrap was not even closed up. Preventing me from eating it. Come on managers, get it right and BTW food service practices are not being followed at this location.
