Drive thru for $7 Lux Box....pulled forward and tasted the chips...they were fine...pinched off a piece of the taco shell.....crunchy but AS USUAL for this location, they tasted rancid. I pulled back around, went in. The mgr was called up...he was VERY NICE, refunded money and offered a cookie..... At the same time another drive try customer brought back Chalupas, not her first time either....the shell were ROCK HARD....sure enough, checked mine.....knocked it on the counter...lol. The young lady working the register told mgr she'd just opened them ...hadnt been setting out, not under heat lamp... Mgr also mentioned the taco shells come to them cooked..... Is the place doing the cooking sending THIS TB stale food....??? This was my 3rd incident with rancid tasting shells at this location, prob over as many years...it just doesn't get better......there absolutely won't be another stop at this location!!! Again...the mrg was very nice! Stop in FS on 71 often...never issues.

This place has went through many managers, and it seems none of them can get this place together. A lot of The crew is rude, and will let you stand there forever before waiting on you, even if there are ppno customers ahead of you. The food is sloppily put together once you do finally get it. They are always out of most products and act like you are bothering them when you need more time to decide. This establishment has been this way for YEARS, through many crews and managers, and never gets better. Do NOT recommend this particular taco bell/KFC.

When I went to taco bell today I didn't receive a spoon or napkins with my order plus my order was wrong definitely won't be returning!!

Finally gave them a second chance and they blew it. Order was very wrong, almost as if it was messed up on purpose. 5 times the amount of tomatoes on everything when asked for none. No cheese on the nachos, no napkins, no fork. Food tasted old like it had been sitting all day. Tried to eat it and not waste money but it went into the trash. Whoever the man was that worked 5/8/2025 around 9pm should not be preparing orders.

It's really sad u can't go in because there closed at 830pm its not posted anywhere so I won't be back no wonder they don't have any business they need to look in to this
Every time we eat here, the food tastes old and we end up having to throw it away and waste money… later on, we feel sick afterward. Taco Bell in mena is awful and could use new staff and management that cared about their job. I don’t recommend eating there until they get new management/workers.

It was literally the worst tacos I've ever had we bought a 12 pack tacos and the shells covered in a horrible taste of oil. Worst experience I've ever had.

Pick up window service very rude. Worker failed to mention they were out of Cantina, avocado sauce upon order but stated they did not have Diablo sauce. Upon receiving the order the worker was asked if the cantina avocado sauce was with the order he stated my cantina grill cook should have put it in the bottom of the bag” then shut the window there was no sauce in the bag we had to honk the horn to finally get someone to come back to the window once the same worker returned he stated they didn’t have any of the sauces and shut the window!! We had no time to ask about napkins. NO napkins no sauces rude service very unprofessional!!
