I waited 10 minutes before anyone came up to take my order. While I was ordering the lady kept looking at me like I’m wasting her time and had an attitude. After I ordered we waited 15 minutes inside and one of the employees walked up to us and told us that the lobby was closed but he wasn’t rushing us. We told them to just put it to go and I walked outside while my husband continued to wait for the food. The guy then asked if we haven’t gotten our food yet and my husband told them no. He then waited another 10 minutes before we got our food. This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The place was disgusting the tables weren’t cleaned, we got a high chair to sit my 11 month baby in and it was absolutely disgusting like it hadn’t been clean since they’ve been open. We will never be back to this place. I read the reviews before leaving my own and am confused as to why there hasn’t been anything done about anything that has been said.

This is a review 2 years in the making and after several visits. This tacobell is consistently trash in every facet. The staff makes up their own hours and you never know when they close, when you can order food the service is slow and terrible. Food quality is abysmal, potatoes that are like rocks, beans and rice are always old and crusty, items frequently out. Seriously, what do you do right here?

I have always been a Taco Bell fan....until I moved to Mena. This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. They put hardly any meat in their tacos, and very few beans in the bean burrito. They have very little staff, so it takes much longer to get the food than it should. The last time (and it will be my last time) that I went in there, it wasn't clean. It was just a bad experience all around. Terrible.

Manager took my order she got it wrong went back up there to tell her that the order was messed up couse she didn't read it back to me and she said OK like she didn't care and started doin something else didn't try fix it she had the worst attitude here, the gentleman showed up and help me with no problem

There online hours say Sunday-Thursday open until 11pm and Friday and Saturdays open until 12am. I’ve came through on a Thursday and a Friday at 10pm and you can’t even go inside to order. Doors are always lock.

What used to be their medium drink is now their large drink and is more expensive than their previous large drinks. All rhe drinks are this way. Service was slow as well. There was nobody at the register and we had to wait nearly 5 minutes to get service. I wasn't able to drive, so I had someone drive me to Mena. I treated them to lunch here. They recieved and finished their meal before I even received mine. By the time I got mine I had them put it in a to go box as my driver was finished and ready to leave.

Drive thru for $7 Lux Box....pulled forward and tasted the chips...they were fine...pinched off a piece of the taco shell.....crunchy but AS USUAL for this location, they tasted rancid. I pulled back around, went in. The mgr was called up...he was VERY NICE, refunded money and offered a cookie..... At the same time another drive try customer brought back Chalupas, not her first time either....the shell were ROCK HARD....sure enough, checked mine.....knocked it on the counter...lol. The young lady working the register told mgr she'd just opened them ...hadnt been setting out, not under heat lamp... Mgr also mentioned the taco shells come to them cooked..... Is the place doing the cooking sending THIS TB stale food....??? This was my 3rd incident with rancid tasting shells at this location, prob over as many years...it just doesn't get better......there absolutely won't be another stop at this location!!! Again...the mrg was very nice! Stop in FS on 71 often...never issues.
