This Arby's is especially nice inside. The food and service are very good as well, but this store's atmosphere earns it 5 stars from me.
UPDATE: There was no soap or soap dispenser in the men's bathroom. I cannot eat in a restaurant where employees don't wash their hands, so 1 star now.

Went to Arby's and got a Greek gyro with sauce but they left my sauce off of my gyro so I couldn't eat it.very upset

I just left the drive thru at 2:48 after ordering 5 sandwiches for the family just to get home to Wilmar and find out there were only 4 sandwiches yet the receipt has 5. No one was waiting in the drive thru but me. Please check the orders before shoving them out the window.

Arby's is relatively new in Monticello. The parking lot is right off the highway and the parking spots are a good walk away from the doors. That's not a problem if you're using the drive-thru, though. Food is Arby's quality, whether that's a good or bad thing is up to you. When they have burgers on the menu I'll eat here quite often. The burgers range from medium rare to well done. I greatly prefer when they're fully cooked but will eat them either way.

Woman that waited on us did not ask my name but put the name of Karen on the receipt. We had a back and forth and she had my correct name when she called for me to pick up the order. Not too pleased with that service. Too bad. It's a new business.

They do not have any mustard whatsoever! Never heard of a burger restaurant that didn't have any mustard. If you don't eat mayonnaise then you will have pretty much a plain sandwich smh. Told them no mayonnaise and they put it on there anyway. The place is a waste of space.

I'm so glad Arby's is in Monticello now. From Crossett traveling north we used to have to wait to Pine Bluff to at Arby's.Roast beef sandwich was good as it always is. Curly fries. Staff was very friendly. It was clean inside. We will definitely be back.
