We have been dining here frequently for several years. A few weeks ago, a waitress spilled food all over my husband and didn't even apologize. People have bad days...no big deal. So, we decided to go back tonight. But, after tonight - we will chose to spend our money elsewhere and will not return. We encountered the most disrespectful, lazy, entitled server who apparently is not familiar with the concept of accountability and responsibility. Let me set the scene...not crowded and no one appeared to be frantically working, short-staffed etc. It seemed like a fairly slow time at the restaurant. We were seated immediately and our drink order was taken. That was the extent of service we received from our actual server. After waiting a minimum of 15 minutes (I really think it was more, but I'm trying to be conservative), she finally came to our table again - presumably to take our order. When she didn't ask, we said something about our order and she said "Did you WANT to order?" After we ordered, I asked my husband what he thought she meant by that and we just shrugged it off. So - our cheese dip didn't come out before or with our meal. We did ask about it and she stated she would get it. When it was brought out (by someone else) it was a large instead of a small. Not a huge deal in and of itself. My husband's order was incorrect. We opted to just keep it - partly because the waitress had become absent by this point and we were hungry. I ordered a punch (because I tried my husband's and it was good! :)) Never received it. Again - decided not to make a big deal out of it and the waitress is still absent. So, we stopped a young man and asked for our ticket. He must have found her because she came out with it. I wanted to look at the itemized ticket to see what we were charged (correct or incorrect dinner for my husband, small or large dip and my punch I never received). She wouldn't give me the receipt. She took the card and came back still without the itemized receipt. She kept asking me if I wanted a "to-go" punch. I told her that no - I wanted to make sure I wasn't charged for it because I never received it. She just kept asking about a "to-go" punch. Aggravated by this time, I told her "No - I wanted it with my meal. But that didn't happen." There was more conversation from her about "to-go" and then she looked me in the eye, and said "I hope you don't trip and fall on your way out." Then she smiled got a little closer and said to me "Yes - I said it." I thought surely I had mis-heard her and said "Excuse me?" She walked back close to our table, bent towards me and said again..."I said...I hope you don't trip and fall on your way out the door." I asked if there was a supervisor, manager, owner or anyone else I could talk to. She said "not on the clock." At that point, she kept standing by our table with that sinister smile. My husband finally said to her "Look, you need to just go." It took multiple times before she finally walked off and stopped "taunting" us. I found another employee and asked for a manager and someone did come talk to me. She didn't offer any resolution (I really wasn't looking for anything other than making her behavior known) but said she would address it. I didn't get the impression that was actually going to happen. When I think back on the conversation - I genuinely take the server's words as threatening. As a business owner and also someone who supervises people daily - I cannot imagine tolerating that type of behavior. As an adult with common sense- I cannot imagine acting that way towards anyone (customer/co-worker, etc.) and expecting to still retain my job! Bottom line...We have choices. I can choose where I spend my money and to leave an honest review. The owner of the restaurant can choose who they hire and retain. For reference, we were check 57-1, table B3

Great little place to stop real quick for a bite! Food came out quickly and great quality. Would definitely stop by again given the chance!

Food wasn't that great, server was okay, paid 4 dollars for a small watered down bowl of cheese dip, never got a refill on chips and salsa, staff was sitting around playing on their phones and talking. Food was way overpriced, won't be going back here. On a positive note the atmosphere was wonderful and the place was very clean.
