Best food and service quickly in and out love it here!

I've never eaten at CFA. Tonight in the Drive through they had people to take your order w/no menu. Both employees were arguing with one another. She asked my name 3times because of arguing. I told her I didn't know what they had, she read off her menu without the prices. I asked what comes with the fillet meals, she said 1 side and biscuit plus drink. I ordered 4pc fillet w/lrg mc n cheese. 3pc fillet w reg mc n cheese. I received 4 fillets and 2 fillets, 1 lrg Mac n cheese and two drinks. My order was short a Mac and cheese, 1fillet and biscuits. The ULTIMATE is I was charged for the meal deals + both Mac n cheese+ 2 drinks. I tried to call and correct order before leaving town 63 miles to home. I had to go through recordings and still never spoke with anyone. I figure Pine Bluff CFA will not be on a customer appreciation commercial at any time.

The chicken sandwiches and waffle fries were good. We have a limited menu and they never have ice cream. A young lady was professional & pleasant as she cleaned the tables and chairs. Another girl stood at the front on her cell phone. I am thankful the young people have an opportunity to learn work ethics at a good place to work. Thanks Chick Filet!

The 3 employees up front didn't acknowledge us as we entered(we were the first ones in around 11:45) they carried on their own conversation. Lady at register asked "What do you want?" I was anticipating friendlier service. I was very disappointed.

Good was good as always at any location. However, the customer service was nothing like other locations. These people didn’t smile, barely spoke, and they didn’t know what menu items they had available. Considering I’m a huge CFA fan, this was very disappointing.

This chick-fil-a is okay. Staffed mostly by college students the service is either fantastic or disappointing with not much in between. Their food is excellent always, and they have most of the standard offerings.No breakfast menu though so dont get your hopes up for a biscuit.
