I ordered the #1 which was a double bacon cheese deluxe meal, my boyfriend ordered a #3 which is a double backyard bacon ranch meal. The cashier decided to ring us up for two #1’s, one triple and one double. After getting home we realized our food order was wrong. No one else was in the lobby or drive thru during our visit so I don’t understand how she got it wrong. Also, the food she charged us for cost more than what we wanted. After a phone call where we were assured it...

The Dairy Queen in Monticello has very friendly and efficient workers. The chicken strips were hot and delicious. The blizzards were made perfectly. It's nice to be waited on by a smiling worker who takes care of each customer.

Never been a fan of DQ food…but being that there are very few places for a quick dessert in Monticello, we stop by every so often for ice cream.
Service is typically pretty quick and the staff are friendly. My biggest problem with this location is they skimp on their product. On more than occasion, we’ve gotten Blizzards like pictured. If I’m paying nearly $5 for even a mini-sized Blizzard, at least fill the cup.
