As always, my pizza was delicious—hot, fresh, and just as I like it! However, I was disappointed that the online system said my order was ready, but when I arrived, it wasn’t. A bit frustrating to have to wait longer than expected. Hopefully, this can be improved for a smoother pickup experience!
The pizza 🍕 was good. The customer service was horrible. The young man literally never opened his mouth. I ordered online, so at the window I said I’m here to pick my order up and gave my name. He handed the pizza out the window and closed the window. His attitude really said “I don’t want to be here!”
Good food got changed two times for one order causing me unnecessary time spent on the phone . On another occasion manager laughed at customer instead of calming the situation professionally
