We were driving through town and just liked the name so decided to try their pizza. Service was great and pizza was ‘on time’. To me this is truly big city pizza at small town prices. We plan on stopping again soon. You can tell and taste the difference all the ingredients are fresh. We had a chance to talk to one of the owners, he definitely has a love of pizza

We are in town for the week and decided to try Fired Up Pizza Company- it was FANTASTIC!! My husband said his meatball sub was 5 star and my salad was delicious! Especially with the garlic dressing! Our waitress was the sweetest, and the family vibe you are immediately greeted with was spectacular. A definite recommendation for those traveling to or through Monticello

Order a pepperoni pizza, what I received amoeba shape pizza that the undercarriage look like they use it to clean there oven out with. I have been lucky enough to have eaten hand tossed pizza in PR , PA, NJ, NYC and all 5 borough. The undercarriage was pepper with burnt item that were not part of the pizza. Don't gaslight me with your excuse in not knowing how hand tossed pizza made everywhere else US.

Wooooo!! Hooooo!! What an experience our first time to enjoy this more than delicious pizza! We had Pepperoni and Fired UP. In addition to what we heard we add even MORE. Totally awesome and the service met the taste! (The wings were over the top!!! Will be back soon.
