Got lucky that 3 other places I tried were closed on a Monday evening while visiting Monticello for work and happened to drive by LaTerrza and decided to give it a try. Food was great, reasonably priced and service was prompt and friendly. The bar area had pool tables and an electronic juke box so the music was good too. I’d eat there again for sure.

Ate lunch here wife ordered beef they brought chicken. Then when I brought it up to the waitress the only response we received was OK and she walked off. Not once did our drinks get refilled or even asked if we needed a refill. It’s almost like they ignored us because we brought the mistake about our food to their attention. Will not be eating here again.

Went after my graduation after being told good things about it. Took forever to even be acknowledged after finally being seated. Tables around us were being waited on, when we were not. Finally got our drinks, and after 45 minutes of waiting to order, paid for our drinks and left. Our small children were getting anxious and hungry. Was not told sorry for the horrible service. Paid $19 for 4 drinks and a terrible experience.

Chips really dark an tasted burnt.. waitress agreed. Took them to back an brought them back. Said the whole batch was like that. Came from same machine. Got my chimichange and had maybe one teaspoon of cheese dip on top and was very dry. She again agreed. But no offer to add more...only said new cooks. I will not be back....
Be careful when you pay, they double charged me and a worker there said this has happened before. When I called to have that rectified the manager told me to call them police. I’ve had to call many times since no one there could help and the manager was always out. Going in in person was just as useless.
The drinks are also weak, like they don’t put the right amount of alcohol in cocktails.
