Sitting in line for 18 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me just to get cold fries and no sauce Is ridiculous. It used to be called fast food now it’s just slow and expensive. Very unhappy experiences coming from here recently

The food was fresh. The chicken strips are so good. The wait time was quite longer than what I'm used to. But overall experience was good.

Every time we go to this McDonalds they can’t get our order right. We pay extra to add extra and never receive it. This morning we ordered steak bagels and asked for extra sauce and received no sauce. This is our normal order and not once in the many visits has our order been correct. Also never do the mobile order and wait for your food , use the drive through or you will be waiting forever watching cars roll through the drive through. Think we will have to drive the extra distance and try the star city McDonalds and see if they can get our order right.

Advertises to be open 24/7. My daughter was in the hospital, so I ran to McDonald’s to get some food at 3:00 am. They said they weren’t serving right then because they were getting ready for breakfast. Okay, so you shouldn’t advertise being open 24/7.

I have never walked into a McDonald's and then have such a great and friendly people and I have been all over this McDonald's beats everyone wish I got the names but they are very very friendly and warm welcoming very clean and well respected I dined out but still have them a tip for service and kindness ty to the folks who are working there today y'all keep them smiles up
I used to manage a McDonald’s in another state. I’ve been to a lot of McDonald’s around Arkansas and generally the experience is subpar. I really appreciate it that the gals greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, I did not have to wait at the counter to have my order took, the manager on duty was doing a great job and as soon as my mcafe order was put in, they started on my beverage immediately. My cheeseburger was perfect, perfect condiments, proper amount of pickles, and hot enough my cheese was still melting as I was eating it. My macchiato was made perfect, and I barely had time to get out of the restroom before they were calling out my order. I wish I grabbed names, but the sweet black girl with the red in her hair took my order, And the floor manager was a black babe with a big butt. Not to mention the restaurant was remarkedly clean for after a lunch rush. Props to them women running that store with efficiency, good drive-through times, and no delays or Inability to make the café beverage due to the machine needing its clean cycle. It’s worth mentioning about 130, place my order immediately went to the bathroom and my order is ready before I had to even washed my hands. Mommy corporate would be Brad
I just came 10 pm and it said they supposed to close at 11 pm and the manager took me and my family out because they said no more people inside because they have too many people in the drive through and I only saw like 4 cars . Súper bad experience in this place , the employees close the place early to go home early , the manager was there and she seems no care at all

8 times out of 10 my order is wrong. If I pay for my coffee to have add ons I should receive those add ons. Not only is 90% of the staff rude they only don't pay attention to the orders they hand out the window. This morning the window attendant told me she gave my order to the car in front of me. Then gave me a coffee without everything I PAID for to go in it. This happens every other day. Same employee same horrible customer service. The manager seemed like an understanding man the last time I went back to have my order corrected but seriously needs to train his staff to have the same level of customer service and attention to order detail. 11 orders messed up this year alone by the same woman. And that's just my orders. How many others before this is corrected?..

Idk who this lady is but she's rude to customers and she just needs just quit yelling at her employees me and my husband has been sitting her chilling and she's all we here yelling and being rude
