We just stopped in for our morning lattes and WOW, this coffee is legit, on par with the best coffees we had in the PNW! We only had coffee, but there was an assortment of yummy-looking pastries available

This was the worst experience. My husband and I ordered 2 coffees, and we sat waiting for 45 minutes on them every vehicle behind us got their drinks and food almost immediately. I understand that they were steady but the wait time for two simple coffees is insane. My husband ended up going inside to get our drinks. We will never be back.

Great coffee and even better service. Their lattes come with three shots! So no need to ask for extra caffeine. I love that they use local honey and make their own syrups. Tons of options, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Definitely a go-to spot if you are in Monticello.

During a recent business trip, I researched the best coffee spots in town and chose Monticello Coffee based on its high ratings. Unfortunately, my experience did not align with the glowing reviews.
I arrived at the drive-thru around 7:15 AM and was the only car in line. After placing my order, I was informed that there would be a long wait for drive-thru orders. When I inquired about the estimated wait time, I was told it would be approximately 15 minutes. Given that I was unfamiliar with other coffee options in the area, I agreed to wait. However, I was then asked to repeat my order, despite having just provided it moments before.
It may be beneficial for the business to communicate on its website that preordering is recommended to reduce wait times for in-person and drive-thru orders. Additionally, the overall service at the drive-thru did not feel particularly welcoming or appreciative, which added to the disappointment.
As for the coffee itself, it was average and not necessarily worth the extended wait. While I have not explored other cafes in town for comparison, I will likely opt for a different establishment on future visits.

I stopped here while I was visiting Arkansas for my very first time during a work assignment. This was honestly the best coffee shop I’ve been to. The workers were super friendly and the Cuban latte (it’s been a while so I might have the wrong title) was AMAZING. 10/10 recommend!

I just moved here from Louisiana and absolutely love coffee. I always make it a point to try all locally owned coffee companies so visiting here was a MUST! I got the iced brown sugar latte with a splash of vanilla as suggested by a friend and it was AMAZING! Everyone was super friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming, cute, and cozy! :) Will definitely be back!
