I was there at 1040 on sat the girl behind the register was very unpleasant tried to make casual conversation she was not friendly at all . work with the public also and this is not way we do things .if you don't enjoy what you do you should move on .every Casey's I've ever been in was friendly not this one very disappointed in her customer service

Jason Irvan the manager denied me tobacco products because the cashier tried to scan the drivers license one single time and it would not scan. he would not attempt to scan it again and just told me they would not sell to me a 45 year old man that had a valid license. this license does scan and it was unprofessional as a manager to just boot a customer without even trying. I have zero issues with being asked for ID. I was glad to show it to them. I understand the reason for trying to keep underage people from buying tobacco products. when a person comes in to spend money and is not far from 50 years old and managent isnt there to take care of that customer and instead just tells his employee to deny me the sale over something so simple to fix. bad management. Every single Casey's in Conway or Perryville has never done this. I buy this same produ t regularly. I won't be using the Morrilton Casey's as long as its under that management.

Stopped in to fill up and use the facilities. Mens restroom had water in the floor and no hand towels. Woman's restroom soap dispensary busted and laying on the counter. Sink faucet sensors were not working therefore no water. Toilet tissue all over the floor.

Went for breakfast and there were 2 signs up for a breakfast sandwich and medium coffee for $4. Got to the register and did not ring up properly. Asked the cashier and she did nothing to try to fix it just shrugged her shoulders.

I normally love Casey's and for a brief time was employed at one near me. But this one was absolutely horrible. The hot food was not only past the 1 hour mark it was well past the 4 hour mark. I asked them to make a breakfast burrito for my husband and they used cold eggs, cold bacon and an old hash brown. The bathroom was not clean. I normally search out Casey's on my trips but this one I will definitely pass up. I know the company has standards and this store has not kept up with them.
