Must. Try. Cheeseburger. I’m not sure how it’s possible, but every burger gets better and better! Smash burger with American cheese, grilled onion, lettuce, mayo, mustard. Sooooooo good!! I meant to snap a pic but I couldn’t stop eating long enough to do so. Fast, friendly service. Hometown folks. Best burger around! Highly recommend! 🙌🏼

Gary and his crew pulled together a 60 plate lunch for me on 9/28. I called him up at 10:15 am and asked if he could pull something together before noon. Needless to say at 11:40, my man had the best plates of BBQ ready to be loaded and delivered!! You can’t get any better service or quality of food. I’ve used his catering on multiple occasions in the last few months. I will continue to do so !!

Another really good food truck in Morrilton. I really like the ribs that Gary smokes. There is seating around the food truck which makes it nice to be able eat or wait for your food.

I’ve been fortunate to have eaten BBQ at some of the best places across the country - Carolinas, Tennessee, KC, Texas, Oklahoma- and GC’s ranks up there with the best of them. The ribs and pulled pork were phenomenal, the best I’ve had in years. The sides (beans and potato salad) were also outstanding. Thanks for a wonderful meal.

Tried their burgers but we're not good. I got a smash burger but it was just a normal burger and it was too salty. The Tommy burger was requested with no pickles but ended up with 6 of them on it and was a little raw in the center. Onion rings were good, but only got 7 of them for $3, so didn't feel like it was worth it. 2 star
10/10….would highly recommend GC’s BBQ. My family enjoyed feasting on the pulled pork, baked beans, potato salad, and coleslaw. Everything was absolutely delicious!!! Customer service was top tier! Thanks so much, Gary!

A food truck I've heard people rave about I finally got around to trying. I had the pulled pork sandwich plate, Cole slaw and onion rings as my side. ?? the Cole slaw was home made! I got spicy BBQ sauce. They didn't drench the sandwich and you could actually taste the meat, which had a good flavor!
