We came in to this location at about 8:35PM on September 7
walked in stood there for 5 minutes and 3 workers walked by without even acknowledging we were present. One was leaving the restroom and was on his phone, one was on break and one was working his tail off in drive through. The two that I guess were on break walked by us and to the back of the work area and just acted like we weren't there when one came up front and walked out to the parking lot, he walked back in AFTER we walked out mad. We didn't use the kiosk because we were paying cash. We got no service whatsoever, not a 'we will be there shortly ' , 'can you use the kiosk', or 'sorry we are shorthanded ' we got totally ignored. The poor guy in drive through was working hard but still could've said SOMETHING. We went to Wendy's up the road and had a whole lot better customer service there!

Absolutely the worst McDinalds I have ever been to and I have seen it all. Long line and when order placed and paid for had to pull up to the waiting area to wait on a small order for one person. 20 minutes later I ask a girl that brought out an order for a van that had just pulled up where mine was? She asked what I ordered and said she would go check, 5 mins later brings out my cold order. Fries cold, burger cold. Went it and got a refund from mgr. No apology, no, can we make you a fresh order, nothing! Not sure why this location is so bad but avoid it.

8/10/25 650pm we were the only ones in the restaurant, other than the 7 employees, and ordered 4 cheeseburgers and a qtr pounder. The mgr was holding an unlit cigarette the whole time she was filling to go orders. Her & an employee went to smoke, came back in and proceeded to fill orders again never having washed her hands. At 705pm, I went to the counter, while everyone looked up at me, including the manager who was the closest. No one would acknowledge me. I finally spoke to a young lady as she came closer and asked what the hold up was on our order. She acted like she was gonna go check on the order and went to the back and never came back. A minute or two later, I asked a gentleman who came close enough and he went checked and said they did not have any quarter pounders cut. But at this time, it had been 17 minutes. We finally got our food at 711pm, 21 minutes later. Right before we received our order someone in the drive-through came through and asked the worker, “ did you forget about me?” . Worst dining experience ever! No management, no customer service and absolutely no communication.

The lady who took my order was very sweet and the people at the window, but unfortunately, they did not take the onions off my burger like I asked, and I am allergic to those and do not answer their phone. Very disappointed

I went through the drive thru and purchased a large Mocha Frappie $5.34 and received a partially filled Frappie. I asked the young lady is this a large before she placed in my hand? Her response was yes; this is how it mixed. Placed it my hand and said bye. 🫩

I buy these Frappies very often...several time a week in most cases and has never received a partially filled. They will add more of something but never handed me a partially filled cup. 😞

I did take a picture of Mocha Frappie and the receipt, and will post if I can figure out how to post pick. If I had not been in a hurry to get pickup my mom's order from somewhere else I would of went in the store and showed the manager.

There was hardly anyone there. Food was burnt and cold. Could tell burgers had been made and sitting for a while which was weird seeing as how it took so long to get our food.
