Outside lights off at night. Employees say they don’t work. Ice machine not working. Light flickering like a strobe light. The light next to it was also flickering but was covered with a piece of cardboard. Dingy and rundown. Never again.

The manager is very rude and does not know how to do his job tells me he can't deliver to a local business inside the city limits because of his technology that he doesn't know how to use. They had delivered here before, but unfortunately, the manager doesn't know how to do what the employees can.

Went in for the New York Style Pizza with a newly reopened Dining Room. Ordered it in the dining room for $15 and a two dollar tip. Sat down to wait and started looking around. Dining room was less than pleasing, floor needed vacuuming, tables were mostly empty with random napkins thrown, one table had a shaker of pepper and another table had a messy holder of parmesan cheese in packages. And no music no nothing. Employees table was just on the inside of the entry door piled with stuff. Waited about 15 mins and t6je Pizza was brought out and boy was I hungry and so looking for that succulent chewy dough with over the top cheese and pepperoni to be folded over and poured into my mouth. I got 16" of over cooked cardboard pepperoni pizza cut into oversize pieces. UGH. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!

Special shout out to Avian!! My family came in for a family reunion and Avian took great care of us.
The employees were stretched really thin, but they hustled and were very polite and professional. The manager gave us free cheese sticks for our wait, though we were not waiting long. We had two toddlers with us, dined in, and it was very quite and calm inside.
