The food and service are always amazing!! They support the community in so many ways and always greet us with a smile. We eat here several times a week and love to order their catering for family events.
Polite on the phone and in-store. I arrived 5-7 minutes after they said it would be ready and they told me they were waiting on something. Not sure how that works out. I asked a question about credit cards and this was the perfect chance to inform me the prices are actually higher because they're passing on the cost of doing business to the consumer. They charge a hidden 2.5% fee... Well, it's not hidden if you happen to notice the sign and dine in. If you order and then pick up it's hidden. Nobody should expect to pay the costs of business as the consumer. The prices are there to advertise how much the products are and to be compared to the pricing of other establishments. Additionally, there's no reason to sneak charges in that way. People need to be informed up front that there's an additional charge. This isn't unique to Vincent's, but it's a problem that has become a cancer on businesses in recent years. There's nothing wrong with having to pay expenses, but work them into your prices or be up front about them with the customer.
On to the food.. toast was alright, okra was great, ribs were decent. I expected the ribs to be coated in sauce since they offer an option of sauce, but it's actually on the side. Nice note about the sauce is that it's warm. Not just luke warm, actually warm. Good touch! The spicy sauce is definitely not bland but I don't know if I'd call it spicy. It was a good tasting sauce, and they provided enough that there was some leftover after the food was gone (just a little bit.. so perfect amount of sauce in my opinion).
For the money you can get more food at Whole Hog, but the quality and service seems better here at Vincent's. Definitely try the okra. Would be interested in trying more sides and meat options later but I want to check out the other BBQ places first.

Always good! It's great food and very affordable. If you have a big family you can order meat and sides by the pound!

Crappy experience. Got lunch here and I bought extra sides for my toddler to share with me. When I was picking it up, I questioned the lady who handed it to me if everything was in there bc I figured there would be more containers. She cracked it open and said oh yeah it’s all there. I took her word for it and drove home only to discover my baked beans and tartar sauce that I like to dip my hush puppies in were missing. By that point I was very hungry and just ready to eat but called to let them know what items were missing and was told you can come pick them up. But at that point I just wanted to eat what I had since they’re 15 minutes away and requested a refund for the missing items. I was then told they’ll need to check camera footage before refunding me anything. So I said ok sure so you have my number to call me back. They took it down and called back a few minutes later and said they agree to refund me the $1.50 they owe me. lol I don’t see any sides on the menu that are only $1.50. So I find this not only insulting but just rude and bad business. I won’t be back after being treated this way and they won’t even refund the actual cost of one side. Ridiculous!!! Check your stuff before you go home or just skip altogether.
The ribs are great!

Vincent’s catered to the hospital for nurses week, and it’s the best barbecue I’ve had in this area hands down. Coming from someone who has tried most of the barbecue in Little Rock, Vincents is where it’s at!! The chicken is INSANE, and the potatoes & veggies are too! 12/10

Vincent's stepped up to a last minute catering job for my friend's daughter's wedding last weekend after the other place she put a deposit on ghosted her. The food was absolutely amazing! Some of the best catfish I've ever had. And the coleslaw... the closest anyone has ever come to tasting as good as my momma used to make. I would recommend Vincent's whole heartedly. Deserves more than 5 stars!!!

Came in because I seen all the high reviews. Its an ok place, that's best I can say. Staff was good and the place was clean. The quality of food compared to the price you pay for it is not on par. The price is comparable to other bbq places but not the quality. Tried something new, wasn't for me. However I do give high marks for the burnt end porkbelly on the cook and the taste, that was a high point.

Great people. Best brisket and pulled pork! Cold beer too! Now if they would just put mustard in their potato salad. 🙂 We will definitely return when we are in this area.
