Refried fries, or maybe just very overcooked, made this meal unpleasant.
Disappointing.
Order 2 drinks waited for them , the screen cleared and still waited , car beside me pulled up for a drink and left . I called back and told them . They finally bought the two drinks out .. I haven’t been to this sonic in a long time just because of these issues but looks like noting changed ! Really shock that it hasn’t been shut down yet !

Came kinda late to get a drink around 9pm. We paid in exact coin change and a 10$ bill for a $7.75 order. Girl not only brought us our drinks and they were absolutely soaked but never came back with our change. We waited and waited then saw her waving around the three dollars inside made eye contact with her she stopped and fast walked to the back to hide. We got tired of waiting and didn't feel like 3$ was worth the fight so we went home. We likely will just go to the sonic in Perry since we've never had employees steal from us there. Sad part is we would have tipped her if she had been honest.
The young lady was polite and courteous.
Had to wait 20 mins for two drinks and a pretzel and then had to go back for the cheese that comes with it and no answer on the drive through when I went. Worst sonic I’ve been too fr. Don’t recommend they
My wife and I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers. They came out with 2 single cheeseburgers, wife had eaten hers without noticing and was given a single patty with no bun to make up for their poor mistake.
Why are they not fixing anything at this restaurant? There are maybe 7 stalls that work and it's been like this for the 4 years I've worked in Morrilton with more and more stalls breaking down.
Put in a small order at the drive in. After waiting almost 15 minutes, pushed the button to see what was going on. Was told they were only taking drive through orders. I told the person on the speaker we already put in an order and she told us if we wanted anything going through the drive thru.
I worked in the food industry for my entire adult life. Everything from a 5 star French restaurants to food trucks at races where the amount of people we served would shut down most fast food restaurants because they couldn’t keep up. I say this so people understand I’m not trying to be a “. Karen “ I’ve worked these jobs and I know what it’s like to deal with the public. This Sonic looks like it’s falling apart. It looks dirty and whoever the owner of this franchise is should be ashamed. That being said every time I go there it’s a waiting game. No matter how many patrons there are. God forbid there’s more that 4. I don’t blame the staff. I blame management/owner. The people working there are just trying to make a living but they aren’t being properly trained to do the job. Somewhere along the line someone has failed these employees. So next time you’re there and you’re waiting forever and or get terrible service make sure you save your receipt and call corporate. Please when you do remember that the failure isn’t in the staffing it’s in ownership.

As a former MultiUnit Partner of DL Rogers Corp., I am absolutely APPALLED at the service we received, the lack of professionalism, the wait time in the drive thru (9 minutes and that's rounding down, and DISGUSTED at the quality of "food" (if thats what you would like to call it). I understand long times if you are busy in either the stalls or the drive thru or both, but this was far from the situation. After almost 10 minutes wait at the physical window, we received our 2 Double CheeseBurgers. My wife bites into hers first. The patty has been on the holding unit for SO LONG that it nearly broke off her front tooth! WE WAITED 10 MINUTES FOR THE WORSE BURGERS WE HAVE EVER EVER EVER EATEN!! The night manager should feel ASHAMED for the food that he is and I'm sure has been serving this community. Take some pride in your food quality and most of your customers service. This is unacceptable for any Restraunt, but for a Sonic Drive In.... IT SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN! I would give you the receipt details, but we did not receive one. Maybe because they knew how bad this food product is and was going to be. Get it together guys!

The food was cold, we were not offered or given a receipt.
The young girls were friendly, but told us at 2 different stalls, that the stalls were broken and to come to the drive through...went to the drive through and sat there for abt 15 min listening to them laugh and joke with eachother. Normally wouldn't bother me if food was hot and fresh, but to get cold (not even luke warm) food after a wait like that was ridiculous.
