I ordered 2 chocolate milkshakes and they were almost liquid and no chocolate. It almost tasted like a little butterscotch. The service was awful!!! Doesn’t surprise me tho, teenagers today!

The food was old ,cold and hard as rocks!! I couldn’t believe that we will receive something as horrible as what we received! This food should’ve been thrown out hours ago and should’ve never been served to a customer. I called back to the restaurant and they had a very nonchalant attitude . I was told I could bring it back for more food to be made. I declined and said I would bring it back for a full refund!
Paid $4 for a drink, got home and it was made with no soda syrup. Tasted nasty. Asked for a refund over the phone and was told they couldn't do that and that I would need to return the drink. Amazing that these places survive with sick terrible service.

Are the speakers broken? We were asked FIVE times to repeat our order. Spoke adequately loud enough each time. Car wasn’t too loud. Not many cars around causing noise. Order still came out missing items. What gives, man? Sonic has gone SO downhill. Used to be a great little stop, now it’s last on the list. There’s FAR too many better options to give this establishment another dime.

Several orders have either been wrong or they leave food out. You pay for a large, they give you a small. If you have to go back for your food, it’ll be cold. They won’t offer to remake it. I don’t normally leave reviews like this but this Sonic needs better management.

Order 2 drinks waited for them , the screen cleared and still waited , car beside me pulled up for a drink and left . I called back and told them . They finally bought the two drinks out .. I haven’t been to this sonic in a long time just because of these issues but looks like noting changed ! Really shock that it hasn’t been shut down yet !
