Ordered a 3 cheese chicken flatbread and a Sweet tea after the cashier said they were out of all soda; because all of the nozzles for the soda machines were off before closing. Tea was extremely old, like it was made only once for the whole day, and they put cantina chicken on the flat bread instead of the regular chicken. Cashier didn’t listen to the order and charged me for a large drink instead of a medium and didn’t attempt to make sure my order was correct.

I love taco bell but they REALLY need to change their hours listed both online and on their door. It’s so annoying driving all the way somewhere thinking they’re open and the workers tell you they’re closed.

Ordered a Mexican Pizza today! There was less than 1/2 of it had meat! The top had one teaspoon full of sauce, a pinch of cheese and 6 small pieces off tomato! Over half of the top had nothing! It has always been good before but this had nothing on it,

If I could give this place a zero I would. They have to be the slowest drive thru in morrilton. The teenager was too busy gossiping with a friend. They had a line all around the building. The manager was even laughing and talking with her employee and the customer who was at the window. I sat at the speaker for at least 5 minutes nobody ever asked to take my order I finally said hello and she said I could order whenever I was ready. ?? What!!?? So they don't acknowledge you til you actually say something. Crazy. Then there were only 2 cars ahead of me in line and after watching them carry on for at least 15 more minutes I made the remark maybe if they would work instead of play so much maybe people could get their food because if they hadn't noticed they had a line going all around the building. The manager I guess got offended for being called out and started yelling telling me to get out of line because I was not going to be served. Needless to say I left after trying to squeeze out of the cars in front and behind me. Went to Wendy's down the road and it was crazy how about 5 of the cars that were in line at Taco Bell had left and we're behind me now at Wendy's. They need new managers. I have never worked at Taco Bell but I sure don't think it takes over 20min to make a order. I never seen the lady pay so I am guessing they were hooking their friend up. I will make my own tacos before going there ever again. Ridiculous.

The food is not as good as it used to be. I had a burrito Supreme today for the first time in a while. I'm not even sure it was a Supreme. NO sour cream. Smaller than I remember. Definately not worth $5.99 + tax]. Tried a gordito last week. Same thing. Not worth it. Even had the old trusty tostada. Just not as good. I think I'm done with Taco Bell. It used to be the place to get a fast food meal at a decent price. NO MORE.
No one came out to take the order. The guys was just standing there , talking to his friends ..making crappy Indian jokes but wouldn't say hi or help or anything. Laziest of the stores in USA! The franchise owner should give some attention to this store..

No one would come to counter to take orders so we had to use kiosk after several minutes of being ignored. Soda machine wouldn't work but you had to raise your voice to get anyone's attention to get your drink. They knew machine wasn't working but still have out cups and walked away. Food was cold with about a tablespoon of meat. Couldn't speak to anyone to remedy it as they were too busy chatting it up. Btw the newest gossip was about a girls brother who stayed working there last night but he won't be back because he was bullied and scared and everyone laughed in unison over that. Also, our table was in the furthest corner away from counter and we still heard it all. Seriously, we don't usually expect a whole lot from fast food, but it should be edible and hot. This was awful. Also, $40 for 2 meals for lunch. Ridiculous.
