No one would come to counter to take orders so we had to use kiosk after several minutes of being ignored. Soda machine wouldn't work but you had to raise your voice to get anyone's attention to get your drink. They knew machine wasn't working but still have out cups and walked away. Food was cold with about a tablespoon of meat. Couldn't speak to anyone to remedy it as they were too busy chatting it up. Btw the newest gossip was about a girls brother who stayed working there last night but he won't be back because he was bullied and scared and everyone laughed in unison over that. Also, our table was in the furthest corner away from counter and we still heard it all. Seriously, we don't usually expect a whole lot from fast food, but it should be edible and hot. This was awful. Also, $40 for 2 meals for lunch. Ridiculous.

I bought a box of hard shell tacos and a quesadilla and a steak burrito. 36.00 and every one of my tacos were broken into at least 6 pieces except for one. Very unhappy

Lazy if I go inside . When I go outside, drive thru, they don't give napkins. But this last time, they did give enough sauce.

I was passing through and stop at this location to get food before a funeral anyway the store and staff was more worried about the crew conversation then the customer they where very slow and I normally don’t complain but I have to on this one I ordered a chicken burrito and got beef also order fry’s and cheese and the cheese was hot but fry’s where cold as ice also on top of that I ordered 3 tacos and the shell was steel and not able to eat and they where also broke too I am disappointed and I really did not even get much meat I don’t recommend going to this place horrible over all

I am a DoorDash driver and as such have to deal with your customer's when they have a problem with the order.most of the time the manager will make it right untill last night when I was told that he would not do anything as the customer would have to call DoorDash.To me ,that is poor customer service,,,

Never open on time, either 15 minutes up to as much as an hour. Always some excuse, but the problem never gets fixed. Breakfast was the best part about TacoBell IMO but I don't even try anymore.
