Everytime I come into this Taco Bell, it's always dirty, they don't sweep, clean tables or make sure there straws and condiments area is straightened up. They did restock straws as I was writing this, but, it's because my wife said something. There was 1 tabke that was clean enough to sit at. The people are very nice, but, that doesn't make up for dirty enviroment

Food is alright, the folks you actually get to interact with are just ok. Everything is on the app, or order on the kiosk. All fast food restaurants are becoming impersonal. 3 starts is all I can give.

Okay, so i love taco bell occasionally but this time this place sucked they forgot hafe my order on top of that one of the workers did not have a face mask on for his beard how this place isn't shut down, I have no idea it cleanliness is atrocious the shift manager or manager made it feel so uncomfortable and was being genuinely rude. Also this isn't the first time I've come and they forgot hafe my order. Why would I wanna spend 30 dollars on food if they forget hafe of it.

Normally I love Taco Bell but this one was not good. Restaurant was filthy. No one waited on us, they made everyone use a tablet to order. Food was wrong and cold.. which we dined in, it should have been fresh. Very little meat, cold chalupa, cold tacos, nacho fries with no power on them and burnt crunchies at the bottom of the fry holder, there were tomatoes on the tacos when we selected they be excluded. They didn't hand us the drink cups with our order we had to wait for someone to notice us at the counter to get them. After eating we didn't feel well. Overall very disappointing.

One of my most favorite Taco Bell stores in the state, but the cleanliness of the tables is somewhat ridiculous. Even after complaining to management, the tables are still being left dirty after a customer leaves. On the bright side, the quality and portions of the food are fantastic, but the slow service hampers that quality. This Taco Bell is best enjoyed by going through the drive-thru window and never looking inside. At least the soda fountain completely works, unlike the one at the Taco Bell on Elmira in Russellville.

Grabbed a couple of nachos bell grande and tacos thru drive thru at lunch time. Service was friendly and quick.

Ordered a 3 cheese chicken flatbread and a Sweet tea after the cashier said they were out of all soda; because all of the nozzles for the soda machines were off before closing. Tea was extremely old, like it was made only once for the whole day, and they put cantina chicken on the flat bread instead of the regular chicken. Cashier didn’t listen to the order and charged me for a large drink instead of a medium and didn’t attempt to make sure my order was correct.
