could not even place an order got to the parking lot to order online and just before I hit the button to confirm a worker came to my window in the parking lot and said they were closed at 12 am, when they usually close at 2 am and proceeded to say the last person who went through took all the stuff they had and they were out of everything we couldn't even get drinks we had horrible service I am so disappointed everything else was closed so we had to just go home other restaurants have been doing this around morrilton if this keeps going on corporate will have to get involved

The service was terrible, only one in the lobby order our food and waited and waited and waited , people going through the drive through was getting there food from left to right but us nope !!!

Closes at 2am or even midnight would be fair. I SHOWED UP AT 10:45PM… did not serve me, don’t go to Taco Bell EVER this ruined my night 🤬🤬🤬

While the food is good, crew seems to struggle at lunch rush. I find myself waiting quite a while after placing a mobile order. Today it was a nice 15 minutes to get my order of a single burrito and drink.

They make you use a computer screen to order, it never works right and when you ask for help they get mad. I won't go to any restaurants that doesn't have someone behind counter to take orders.

Everytime I come into this Taco Bell, it's always dirty, they don't sweep, clean tables or make sure there straws and condiments area is straightened up. They did restock straws as I was writing this, but, it's because my wife said something. There was 1 tabke that was clean enough to sit at. The people are very nice, but, that doesn't make up for dirty enviroment

Food is alright, the folks you actually get to interact with are just ok. Everything is on the app, or order on the kiosk. All fast food restaurants are becoming impersonal. 3 starts is all I can give.

Okay, so i love taco bell occasionally but this time this place sucked they forgot hafe my order on top of that one of the workers did not have a face mask on for his beard how this place isn't shut down, I have no idea it cleanliness is atrocious the shift manager or manager made it feel so uncomfortable and was being genuinely rude. Also this isn't the first time I've come and they forgot hafe my order. Why would I wanna spend 30 dollars on food if they forget hafe of it.
