We like to have brunch here but have eaten here several times and it's always good. Enjoy the karaoke.

So here we go, I ordered the house special, it was a stuffed filet “steak” with crawfish, catfish, and hush puppies, instead of fries, I asked for an extra order of hush puppies which was “no problem”. The server recommended the filet to be cooked medium, which I agreed with happily, 38 minutes passed by as I waited and the order was brought out in boxes as it was to-go. The order was around 47 dollars. I returned home, which is around a 32 minute drive, plenty of time for the steak to rest. I opened the trays to find 3 hush puppies (so much for “no problem”) but I let that go. I pulled out the stuffed filet, it looked pretty decent when I plated it, when I cut into it, the steak was absolutely raw, non-chewable, the rice was rock hard. 60 dollars after a tip and the food was practically inedible.*Edit- the owner showed a sense of accountability in their mistake. After 6 months I haven’t been back. Unfortunately it left that bad of a taste in my mouth. I can’t recommend this establishment because of how my order was negligently made, but others seem to enjoy it. Thank you again owner for the offer of another steak, and the hush puppies I didn’t get but I will have to decline.

My husband and I ate dinner here. We were seated promptly. Our waitress, Cameron, was wonderful. She was very attentive and had a great attitude. We really enjoyed her. The drinks were very good! I had the queso with an order of fries. It was very tasty, as was the Greek salad. My husband had the fish plate. He said it was delicious and filling. Overall, it was a very nice experience and we will be returning.

My husband and I had dinner at the Whistle Stop Landing. We were seated promptly. The service was excellent throughout our dining experience. We had a couple drinks, and they were very good, actually, they were perfect! I ordered queso, fries and the Greek salad. It was all very good. (I can't eat wheat or eggs, so my options are limited at a lot of places) My husband ordered the fish platter. He opted for 2 pieces of fish. It was perfect. He was full, but not stuffed. They were large pieces and cooked just right. We enjoyed ourselves and the experience and we will return.

The chopped steak and grilled chicken sandwich were very good. Lots of TV showing football games-good atmosphere. Friendly staff. They serve alcohol.

Hidden gem! Great southern food, meets Greek influences and the service was amazing! They filled up quickly after we arrived, but we never had to flag down staff for anything. Highly recommend.

Great food when it's available.Went for the Gyros but they were out which was a huge disappointment. Ended up getting a greek salad and steak. Steak was ordered med-rare and came out med-well but they were able to correct it and made the steak right.

Just a great place. They seated 12 of us. The wait staff was fantastic. Food was very good and well prepared. Chicken Fried Chicken and the burgers were excellent. Highly recommend.

Popped in to the Wistle stop and ordered a grilled cheese with tomato and bacon...the tomato was the kind that you can taste its from Arkansas and bacon crisp but not crumbly with gooy cheese and bread grilled with butter. The service was awesome but the sandwich amazing Amy and the staff there are great. This defenatly made for a great lunch.

I was craving the Gyros that I used to get from Blackwoods that was located in Conway. I was disappointed when they closed in Conway. So I decided to make the drive to Morrilton. I was extremely disappointed. The Gyros that I remember was nice long slices of the Gyros meat that was very moist and delicious. What I was served today looked like left-overs from the previous night. It was small chips of Gyros meat that was very dry. I can't speak for the other food that they are serving because I will never go back, but I would stay away from the dish that is labeled Gyros( House Specialty).

Excellent Greek food. Awesome appetizers. Great Gyros!! One of the best Greek salads I’ve had in years! Clean. Neat. Efficient and friendly service. Nice serving sizes. They serve alcoholic beverages for those who are interested and perhaps likes to enjoy a beer or glass of wine with their meal. The prices are a bit high, but not outrageous. Most definitely a place that my wife and I will visit again, and bring friends along next time!!

This restaurant started as another restaurant in Conway which moved to town recently. It changed ownership shortly after opening and is now the Whistlestop Landing. Service is great and so is the food. They bring a welcome change of pace to Morrilton With things like gyros and house specialties. They also have a bar and live music. That being said, it is still a family friendly place where everyone is welcome. Stop by and give them a try. You won't be disappointed!

Awesome place! Food was good and the people are awesome. We had a small group of 8 and they took very good care of us. This is well worth stopping at! Plenty of parking across the street if you are pulling a trailer or in a large vehicle. Prices are fair. This is a clean, nice place to stop!

UPDATE June 13 - These folks are working hard to give this area a top notch place to dine and relax; it has become my favorite local restaurant and the service and friendliness is now top notch. The food will speak for itself - everything is delicious, hot at the table and more than you can eat. Consistency has greatly improved. Now they have added lunch/brunch specials that are out of this world. NOW if they would just get rid of the bright fluorescent lighting to something with more "restaurant ambience" all would be perfect with this place! Love it!
