Food is decent (I mean, it’s a Waffle House, expectations aren’t high) but service isn’t great. I was picking up a to-go order. Two people checked out before me, but when it was my turn the person at the register blatantly ignored me and walked away. My food was sitting on the counter ready to go, but I didn’t even get a chance to say anything before she let me standing at the register.

The staff at Waffle House are so friendly and entertaining! It’s such a fun atmosphere. You might get serenaded by your excellent waitress or a customer! Joyce, Lily and Becca are a joy to visit with. The food is great. It’s made just like you ordered. Service is excellent. Took my Grandson and wife here for a late Breakfast and it was awful. The service was worse i have ever experienced. Our waitress argued about whos table it was. My daughter and son in law came over and sit with us and the waitress wouldn’t even come as if they wanted to order then when we were leaving they as are you guys not eating. If you are in the Morrilton are do not eat here go to Nooners restaurant great food friendly faces and the waitress’s do not look like crack heads

No coffee refills, the female was sweeping the floor so hard that she throwing dust and everything else so far that it was flying in air and that we were coughing u could see dust everywhere in the air . The man I was with said hey girl you sure are kicking up alot.og dust with that broom, and she just looked at him like he was stupid. We wont be back . Use to be a good place to go but I guess they just dont care anymore.
