Clean store. Staff worked at a fast rate. The restaurant was busy when I visited, but the crew moved along efficiently so the wait was not long. Also, the employees were polite.

Don’t bother unless you like waiting and sub par good. They waiting on drive through before inside. Got honey chicken biscuit which had to honey. Potatoes were cold! Plus the lobby was filthy! Next time I’ll keep driving,

Great food and friendly service. And well I ordered thru the drive thru got to the window couldn't find my card and was $6 short for my total but they was kind enough to let us have it anyway

We were the 2nd person in line at the drive thru and sat there for 10 minutes! Totally unacceptable!
I just tried to go through their Drive Thru to get a sandwich and they had trouble hearing me so I started speaking louder and clearly I to the microphone so they could hear me and they accused me of being rude. When I called to file a complaint against the employee that took our order the manager hung up on me. This isn't the first time this Wendy's has provided terrible service but it will be the last time they ever take my order.
