What The Truck?! Food truck. In the parking lot in Washington IA across the main street from the police station. Small white trailer. Specializing in smash burgers and smoked pork. Lots of people lined up to order. The menu had potato salad and coleslaw as sides. 6 different combinations of smash burgers and 5 variations of pork choices. Very friendly and helpful lady taking orders. I ordered the Firecracker burger. Two 1/4 pound smash burger patties with cheese and jalapeños and a light amount of pineapple Chipotle sauce. Burger was ready within 5 minutes. Hot but able to eat right away. Bun was perfect size burger was more burger and less bun absolutely perfect. First bite all meat rich flavor like real beef should taste like. Second bite git cheese and jalapeños just the right amount of spicy cheesy goodness. Next bite very good with lots of depth with the pineapple Chipotle sauce complimenting rich beefy burger flavors. Seriously 10 out of 10. Burger was not greasy. Wow was better then any local restaurants. I was told Thursday and Friday is the usual schedule for Washington IA. There is a schedule on the face book page called Whatthetruck.

Omg them loaded fries delightful!! I haven’t had a bad meal from them yet!! Im most definitely a fan and recommend try it all!!
