We have been waiting for the opportunity to visit for a while. We are from SE Arkansas and rarely get the chance to come this way. What a treat! The cafe did not disappoint! We will be back to stay at the resort.

Great place with rich history! Food is second to none with the best pies in Arkansas made daily. Nice area on Ouachita as well as a great view of the lake, if you look close there is an eagle nest across from the marina with bald eagles on it! Love this place 😜

I grew up going to Shangri La Resort it is by far my favorite restaurant. The food is great, the servers are very kind, and the service is very fast! Go to Shangri La!

This place is truly a hidden gem. After a long day at Buffalo River we needed a hotel or motel to reset. Fortunately this place had a vacancy. I’m glad we stayed . Getting a room was fast and easy. Verine was extremely sweet. We stayed in room 9 a family of five 2 adults and 3 children fit comfortably . Room was clean . The view of the lake and mountains were beautiful. It was really quiet no disturbances overnight or first light. The morning view of the lake and the fog was refreshing and breathtaking. Breakfast was amazing , it was a homestyle breakfast more than enough food. Service was good. Pricing for room and breakfast very reasonable and worth it. We will definitely be returning to this location. Thank you.
