I’ve been going to Bamboo for over 30 years. The food is always excellent. Since I got out of the Marine Corps I really started liking sushi and Bamboo is the only place in town that makes good, authentic sushi. The owners treat you like family and the restaurant is always clean.
This place easily became my favorite sushi restaurant in the entire state of AR!! Everything was made fresh to order and was absolutely above and beyond my expectations! Just, WOW!! Cold beer will always be an extra bonus with my meal!!
There are two sides to this restaurant: A small-ish, but tasty buffet or order off the luncheon menu, or the Sushi Bar and dine off the menu. All of the food is excellently prepared and seasoned. Lunch specials come with miso soup and a salad. The portions are too big for me to eat alone and the staff is attentive without being annoying. It's a great place to go for a pleasant meal and visit with friends.
