The ice cream is always good but the facility its self is dirty. Once icecream is served no employee is in sight ever. Also noticed this time the girl was head deep in the cooler with her hair down.

We walked in at 9:20 to get ice cream with our 9 year old daughter and her 9 year old friend. Immediately upon entering we were stopped by n employee and asked why those two girls went in to the bathroom together. The employee who is approximately 4’10” with a hoop earring in her nose was very rude and said they were trying to close and didn’t want them making a mess. The store doesn’t close until 10:00. She lost the store money as I immediately left the store. Very rude and unproductive.

Felt VERY rushed. We got there at 9:20ish to make sure we weren’t coming right when they closed. As soon as she asked what we wanted (girl with short dark hair, glasses, shorter) my son, 12 was so stressed and rushed I had to step in and help him order. She was very rude. Rushing about cone or cup, I didn’t know our options and she was put out to explain. We had four orders total, I placed two and the rushed attitude continued. I was nervous about asking about lactose free options for my daughter so I told my son “ I don’t know why she’s being mean but let’s just order and get out of her way”. She was nice about those lactose free options. But right back to rude and rushing during check out. 3 of my party had their order and was waiting at a table for me to pay and get mine. She yelled 9:28ish “ OUR LOBBY IS CLOSED” at my party waiting for my to pay……. They also were putting up all the chairs, and tables at 9:20 and claimed the inside lobby was closed but I saw nothing about those policies on the door or inside or online. It’s a Saturday night on a lake town…. This was for our kids but instead they were yelled at, rushed, and not even given a nice word except a rushed “ have a nice night “ after paying. 17$ not worth it. The ice cream was good though except the lactose free option we got. Everyone else there was rushed as well. We observed that eating our ice cream outside. Unfortunately.

Very unprofessional and not very friendly.

I felt so rushed by the person behind the counter! I get that it's their job to be attentive, but I felt like this person was throwing me a 'come on lady' look while my children took 2 minutes to pick out their ice cream flavor! Overall good, maybe they were just stressed at the moment but there was only one other customer being served by another employee. They were also sadly sold out of their most popular flavors.

It's a fine place for a casual ice cream break. Service is basic, but fine.

Owner is super cool but the kids are rude and unprofessional.

Very good variety of ice cream!! I got a lemon custard shake. Delicious!👌🏼

They were slammed! I went with a milkshake and he went with the brownie sundae. When using the app we got a free scoop too! We got some Chocolate chip cheesecake ice cream and I can’t stop thinking about it.

Guys were efficient and nice. They kept up with the line as it didn’t go down.

I always come here to eat. I love this place. Baskin-Robbins has been a favor of mine since I was very young and I’m in my mid 50s.

Went in on 7/1/2024. First thing I noticed was how dirty everything looked. Doors and windows covered in hand prints and grime. Counters were also grimy. Trash on the floor. There was a young man behind the counter but when I approached the counter he walked away. I stood there for a few minutes and another young man came out from the back to help me. The original young man went outside and him and a young lady were gropping eachother and making out right in the entrance of the store. My son and I were the only ones in the store.

Hot fudge always "out of order". Teenagers dislike serving customers and seem like you're disturbing them from their back room shenanigans.

Go buy ice cream from Harps or Walmart. Self service at home beats this place by a mile.
