Employee acted like she'd never heard someone indicate the number of shots of espresso. I have been ordering espresso coffee since before she was born. It's how people order it sometimes.
Both employees seemed unhappy, and the coffee taste reflected that.

Great coffee. I was looking for some iced coffee and spotted this outpost in a strip mall parking lot. I got cold brewed iced coffee straight . AWESOME
The new location in the hospital lobby now has comfortable tables and chairs. The menu of drink creations offers a wide variety of hot, cold or frozen creations made to order. DELICIOUS!!!

I've always been a big fan. However I grabbed a cup of coffee at their hospital location and was really disappointed. Coffee should be hot. This was cold. When I asked the young lady to heat it up (I was hoping to be offered a fresh cup) she pointed me to the microwave.
