Great bacon burger, chicken strips and fries. Best honey mustard in town. Great service and chef John came out and made sure everything was perfect. Definitely will be back.

This is the third time this week I’ve had a burger from Cadillac Jack’s for lunch- if you haven’t tried it yet, you are MISSING OUT!!! There’s a bunch of different options, the Bacon Cheeseburger is my favorite. The bacon is thick, and cooked to perfection. Best burger in Mtn Home honestly, my favorite used to be Mountain Home Burger Co., but it’s a little too greasy for an “anytime” burger for me. Cadillac Jack’s burgers are not very greasy at all- while still being a juicy burger! 15/10 recommend!! (It does come with more fries than this- which are seasoned and delish, but I started snacking on them while typing before I thought to take a picture, haha)
P.S. the chicken is also THE best in Mountain Home, thick, juicy tenders with delicious breading- and an insane sauce selection (my favorite is the Jack sauce!). I would pick Cadillac Jack’s over any other restaurant for burgers and chicken tenders any day of the week. FRESH INGREDIENTS make a world of difference!!!!

CaddyJack’s is the absolute BEST of the best!!!! Their chicken is seriously the best in town- and their burger….life changing. The service & atmosphere is top tier. You won’t regret adding this to your weekly dinner rotation!!

Quality and quantity is great. 7 piece is more than enough for two people. Spicy chicken sandwich is huge and packs a kick. Sauce selection is excellent.

We love this place!! The chicken is always hot, crispy, and juicy. All the different sauces are delicious and the staff is so friendly. I can’t imagine why anyone wouldn’t just love it unless they were expecting something different than fried chicken!

We had 5 adults and a child, so we got a variety of food. The chicken sandwiches were a great size. The chicken tenders were very tasty. I had a dozen wings, and tried three different sauces. The Nashville oil based sauce didn't have much flavor, but the buffalo sauce was great! I also tried the pineapple POW sauce, loved it! Very sweet, maybe a tiny touch of kick at the end. The French fries were seasoned and we're good as well. I had cole claw instead of fries and highly recommend it. Much like KFC slaw, but better. The decor was pretty simple and it was a little chilly inside, but the food was great and the folks were really nice while we were there.

Dirk and I ate ate at Cadillac Jack’s tonight and were very pleased. We got the 10 piece tenders and had plenty left over for lunch tomorrow. The tenders were lightly breaded and cooked nicely. We tried several of the sauces; my favorite is the Jack sauce. The fries were seasoned well, were very tasty, and appropriately crispy.

Y’all are sleepin’ on caddy jacks. The chicken tenders are crispy and juicy, ff are fire with the spices they put on them and the Mac n cheese may be the best I’ve ever had. Slim Chickens ain’t got nothin on caddy jacks!!!
Sorry excuse for Fried Chicken as the sign says. It's basically frozen tenders they got from one of their distributors and try to pass off garbage bottled sauces as their own too! Be original and maybe you'll be decent. We ate there about 2 weeks after it opened and my fries were soggy...chicken tenders were lukewarm. Expensive to top it off. Will never go back or refer this trash to anyone. How do they even stay open???

My husband and I have been coming here since we moved here June 2023. What we love most is the consistency and quality of the food! Large tenders hot and moist, never dry, just the right crisp on the crinkle fries, and perfect TX toast. The salad is Romaine lettuce and generous size. We have yet to ever have a bad meal. Always the same good quality. Most restaurants have off days, but none here. John cooks so consistently and is so friendly. Starts with warm greetings by Matthew or Abby. And so cute and love the new location on the square. We go weekly, and all I can say is thank you ! Love it!!
