Wish I could recommend this location but the last few times we’ve been there the service has been lacking. Waited 40 minutes for food even though the place was empty. Starting with the hostess who always seems frazzled, to the long wait times for food. All the staff seems overwhelmed, and compared to other locations, they really need to step it up.

Sat for over 10 minutes and did not get waited on. Restaurant had 5 couples, waitresses were cleaning and arguing over duties. We left, never to return!

I sat at the bar for lunch. I was totally ignored by the bartender/staff (Robin), who seemed distracted with the "regulars." She threw my drinks down in from of me so she could go back to visiting with the "regulars." When she finally got back to focusing on her job, she waited on two other people who came in after me before deciding to take my lunch order. This has happened before with this waitress/bartender. Poor service. Also, stay away from the chicken sandwich. It will give you heartburn. At least when they dropped the bun on the floor as they were bringing it out, they replaced it and didn't try to give it to me. stay away from this place!

We had to wait for a booth but it was less than 10 minutes the food was great the service was good we will definitely be going back
Bartender/Waiter was amazing! Awesome service and amazing drinks. The loaded nachos in the appetizer menu aren't what we expected and my husband was crazy pleased with the brisket quesadilla but my Santa Fe salad was amazing. Overall we were very pleased mostly with the service and the drinks.

Our experience with the bartender made the whole meal. The food was good, it's always consistent and you know what you're going to get. If I were to say anything at all. My cup of soup was more like a 1/4 cup, still delicious. I mean, who doesn't like chili's
