I enjoy all the ice cream deserts here & food, but I'll like the service here to be more friendly & make me feel welcome coming here. I didn't know the 7 dollar meal did not come with toast. I wasn't trying to irritate one of the workers today since she seem a little irritated by me since she told me to "next time you are going to pay for toast" for the 7 dollar meal if I want toast, but I would appreciate if she said it nicely & be more friendly...
My wife and I are fans of some of this Dairy Queens offerings....burgers, fries, shakes, and blizzards. We have ordered their ice cream "cakes" over a number of years, always naively optimistic each time that we would get what we ordered. EVERY TIME we have ordered a cake there have been problems....cake not ready at the scheduled time, specified layers/decorations/details are not what were ordered, they "can't find" the cake we ordered, a premade "stock"...
Normally we love Dairy Queen. We often order in the app and then pick it up or eat it there so we can get the deals and points from the app. Tonight we ordered the Carmel turtle blizzard but they forgot to put any Carmel in it. However, I called them and they agreed to let us come in and get another one on another day. If that holds true, then at least they continue to give 5 star service. Everyone makes a mistake sometimes. Call them and let them make it right if it happens to...
