The food and service is good but my problem is that you NEVER get to see your check. You just go to the big desk and the person working there gives you a total amount to pay. It's a strange system and I am uncomfortable with it. I won't return until they start bringing a check to the table.

Mediocre sushi. Terrible service for some reason. Our food came out at way different times and we never got refills. Took over an hour and a half for 4 of us to eat. Not going back.

Went for Christmas dinner with family. We ordered our drinks and food. My husband went back to pay before the meal was underway so the people with us wouldn't get the bill. He left a generous tip at that time too. During the meal one small eel sauce was asked for. We assumed it was included with the meal since we were not informed at the time of requesting it that it would cost any extra. So we were stopped at the door for $1.05 for eel sauce. We don't have a problem paying for product but it could have been handled with more tact on their behalf.
