If I could give zero stars I would. Hardee’s is now serving moldy bread. What happened to old management. It was fixed but this absolutely disgusting. Shame on them, the management that was there would never have let this happen.

Went thru the drive thru ordered mushrooms and Swiss burger. Med. Curly fries and 3 chicken strips it came to $17.22 . I gave the girl $20.22 she handed me the receipt no change. Smh. Finally some man came to the window and he finally gave me the $3.00 and I waited some more. When I finally got the food the fries where cold and box wasn't even 1/2 full, chicken was over cooked and hard my dogs wouldn't/ couldn't even eating and the burger looked like someone stepped on it before wrapping it. Way to drop the ball Hardee's, extremely disappointed By the way it took 27 minutes waiting on the food.

Pulled into the parking lot, ordered a FREE sandwich for using their app on my birthday, pulled into the drive through lane, and received this awesome sandwich. Service was super quick. I think Hardee's has the best biscuits in town! Their menu is broad, and easily customizable. I come back for the biscuits, everytime!

I usually love coming here, but today was different! The lady working behind the counter was very rude, slamming stuff around and yelling at coworkers. No smiles, no hello, just miserable and mean. The burgers were smashed like someone squeezed it, hardly any ingredients on our sandwiches, this is literally the only lettuce we got and it's wilted. I won't be back for awhile.
Drive through has priority over counter customers. You can stand at the counter waiting for someone to take your order, we've actually had cashiers tell us they have to take a drive through order and walk away. Great customer service.

I spent 37.00 for 2 meals and the fries were old and cold. Didnt feel like turning around to complain about cold old fries but definitely won't be back at that price for old cold fries I order 2 of the higher price meals, monster burger and mushroom Swiss burger which were good , but ruined with crappy fries. Sadly was the actual first time ever going thru they drive thru, won't be back for the dinning room or drive thru. when you probably have your first customer in hours , drop some new fries for the money they spending and you wont have such a negative review. It 2025 and fast food is the price of a sit down full service restaurant, y'all got a come better than that otherwise there plenty other to choose from and many other restaurants people can pay that amount to eat, with wonderful service. Or better yet eat at HOME.

It seems like they need more help it's always busy! I don't eat their hamburgers bc I can't have the smoked flavor but I really enjoy their breakfast the sausage and egg and the bacon and egg cheese biscuits are really good.

Whoever the night manager is clearly hates his job. Show up at 9 and he acts annoyed that someone would dare to come through the drive thru so late. Not a single other car in the drive thru and only one car in the parking lot. I order a mushroom and Swiss and a frisco burger. They take my payment and make me pull up to the white line even though there’s no line, make me wait almost 10 minutes and then bring me burgers that are good and hard as a rocks clearly been sitting out for at least a couple of hours. I keep giving Hardee’s chances because when they make it right it’s the best burger in town, but the management here is clearly atrocious. Stick to breakfast. They at least do that well most of the time.
