Does this location not make biscuits from scratch anymore?I have been twice over the last 2 months and both times the biscuits tasted the same(like a frozen biscuit). I know this isn't what I get at other locations. If they are being made from scratch then I would say the biscuit maker needs some training. The biscuits were heavy/solid and just didn't really taste that good.

Husband placed a mobile order for a mushroom and Swiss with curly fries and a cup of cheese. Well I guess they don’t have cups of cheese anymore, so that was disappointment #1…. Ok, now let’s move onto #2 The mushrooms on this…. If that’s not enough to set you off because, well that’s what I ordered and what I paid for and this is what was provided. Shame….. #3, when called and confronted about it, the worker had the audacity to lie to me and say they were swamped. My husband who is listening to this advised that it was him and another vehicle in the drive thru and mind you it’s like 1030 at night. Do better. You work for your money and when spending it on an order, you expect it to be correct, so have the same respect for others.

Worst visit. Tender platters missing garlic toast and ranch that was specifically requested. Original ham and cheese literally had 3 slices of ham and fries hard as a rock. Luckily we tasted the sweet tea before we left and they traded us out but everything else was awful.

Typical fast food. Food was good and comparable to other fast food outlets. Service was good but a bit slow. They were busy.
A reminder why I don't get anything other than breakfast here was served to me today. Ordered a Frisco and spicy chicken and both the burger and the chicken where dry, and burnt to pucks. Only thing edible were the fries and drink.

Went to Hardee's from hospital and the food was not good. Cheeseburger had no cheese the patties was like two broken apart and the strawberry lemonade tasted bad
