I don't eat there sometimes they are very slow to get orders to you. This place is totally falling apart.(Shame on the OWNER!)Customers deserver better quality and service for your putrageous prices.)

Waited in line(I was only one in line) for 7 minutes... finally she acknowledged me... then told me they were out of chicken.... (original)...only had extra crisipy... it was 1.5 hours b4 closing time...

I'm amazed KFC keeps these kinds of terrible managed units open !!

It was dirty when we pulled up. Upon walking in the was Brocken tile a very much trip hazard and the restrooms were inoperable. Place looked dirty inside so we just turned around and left. Did not eat.

I ordered 24 nuggets. I brought them to work to share with my coworkers. There were only small pieces of junk. Some pieces were only breading. No chicken.

Let me start by saying I love KFC. That being said, I will never go to this one again. Horrible food. I couldn't begin to explain how gross the food is here. What a shame

My mom and I are disabled and we had to walk up and down stairs and one of the handrails was moving back and forth when trying to go down the stairs ?to enter KFC and it wasn't handicap accessible and I doubt that we will return to KFC ?

I went to KFC for dinner on my way home from work, I ordered a famous bowl, and I wanted some chicken,they only had original chicken ready, so I chose that, they don't have a 6 piece option so I was charged for each piece, for what I paid for that I could've gotten their family chicken meal.

Can't use gift cards on the app. Had to pay over 17 dollars extra for our meal just because promotions aren't accepted in store. Food was mid. If im gonna pay steakhouse prices, I'd rather have a steak.

Ordering on the app was quick and easy. They didn't have the soft drink prepared and the one I ordered is behind the counter only so I settled for a different one. My food was cold and the gravy tasted funny so it got thrown out. The floor was slippery and the store always looks unclean but I believe it's more because it's old than actually dirty. Not one person talked to me while I was in the store.

Called in an order, 16 piece original, with two family sides of mashed potatoes and gravy and Mac n cheese, along with an order of coleslaw, headed to town to pickup and was told upon arrival that they had no original and would have to settle for crispy, needless to say I canceled the order, this information should have been made known when the order was placed, these fast food places have no idea what good customer service is anymore, really sad indeed.... mtn home arkansas kfc....
