Ordering on the app was quick and easy. They didn't have the soft drink prepared and the one I ordered is behind the counter only so I settled for a different one. My food was cold and the gravy tasted funny so it got thrown out. The floor was slippery and the store always looks unclean but I believe it's more because it's old than actually dirty. Not one person talked to me while I was in the store.

*Update*The staff were friendly and helpful. The chicken strips are still good. The biscuits were hard and tasted odd. The mac and cheese was horrible. I don't know what changed with the food here, but someone should consider changing it back.*Original post*--The chicken strips are good. The biscuits are good. The pot pies are delicious! The crispy chicken is delicious! The service is quick and friendly. The meals are reasonably priced, and the $5fill ups are a pretty good...

The service was incredible!!! I did not catch the womans name but she was so sweet and nice... I was highly disappointed when we got our food home though... The chicken was mushy no crunch or crisp to it at all. The tenders were dry and could barely chew them... I hate to give a bad review because they service was truly impeccable but ive never had worse KFC food!!#
