Hadn't had Papa John's in years, decided to give them a shot (always get our pizza from Casey's) we had the first pizzas of the day as we were buying them for lunch. Ordered a extra large Philly cheese steak and a large (whatever they call their supreme) Pizza was sad, center of the crust was soggy, hardly any sauce cheese or toppings. Actually apologized to the people we were feeding it to. It's a shame because years ago (in the savannah area of Ga.) Papa John's was very good, heck they used to give several peppers in the box, it's only one now. Guess we'll stick with Casey's.

On Fridays Papa John’s sells pizzas where I work. They never bring enough pepperoni pizzas. So I call to reserve one so I can get what I want. Called today to reserve one they told me that they had me down. When I went to lunch asked for my pizza they said that they didn’t write my name on one and sold the only pepperonis that they had. Poor service after calling them to reserve one. I want order nothing else from them.

Pizza is great, always just coming out of the oven when I order on the app. They have my favorite crust. I think they'd have more business if they moved to the old Papa Murphy building on the main drag.

So I decide to use this coupon it says any dessert but doesn’t give you the option of any dessert online. So I just clicked the cinnamon pull aparts. I call up there to see if they can switch the cinnamon bites to Oreo bites cause we really wanted the Oreo bites. The guy on the phone says they can’t do that since they are different prices. I told him we would pay extra for the Oreo bites since that’s what we really want. So I ask him the prices and get told what we want is actually $2 less. He refused to switch it, terrible customer service. If we pay for something we should be able to get what we actually want. Honestly would rather order some place else after this cause it really ticked me off. For as much money as we have spent on papa John’s this was very disappointing.
