Part of my order was for a Chicken, Bacon, Parmesan Melt. They opened at 10:30, I chose to pickup curbside and was the only car in the parking lot at 10:45, so not busy and shouldn't have been rushed. Not only did they overcook the melt to the point the crust was hard as a rock, but the cheese that oozed out was burnt.
