This is the second time I have ordered from this particular Pizza Hut. And this is the second time this particular Pizza Hut has screwed up my order. It’s like they don’t even bother to read the ticket. I won’t bother with them anymore more. I’d rather drive the extra miles to go to Flippin where I know my order will be correct the first time.

A Family and Friends Tradition meets Comfort food Combo, there's something for everyone here. Pizza YES ? but chicken nuggets & wings, & salads (etc...)too. You can afford to sit & hear from each other. It's probably the most important info you really need. Great Smiling Service ! Get to the Hut !!

I got the worst service today on a ranch chicken bacon melt ..I couldn't even eat it...the bacon was just fat..chicken wasn't cooked... Very Very unhappy customer here.

Part of my order was for a Chicken, Bacon, Parmesan Melt. They opened at 10:30, I chose to pickup curbside and was the only car in the parking lot at 10:45, so not busy and shouldn't have been rushed. Not only did they overcook the melt to the point the crust was hard as a rock, but the cheese that oozed out was burnt. They also gave me a marinara sauce instead of the ranch the menu says it comes with. It's laughable the menu proclaims "no substitutions", I guess that means you and me, but they can if they want to. Room to improve and very disappointing experience.
