At Schlotzsky’s in Mountain Home Arkansas, Jayden (I asked her what her name was) greeted me as I approached the kiosk in the drive-through. What impressed me to write this review was her warm friendly welcome! She said “welcome to Schlotzsky’s, thank you for choosing us, how may I help you?” . This type of warm greeting with a genuine smile is a lost art at any business by today’s standards! I wanted to make sure that this company was aware of the value that she adds with delivering exceptional customer service! I was only traveling through and was very taken back by the service! Great job Jayden!

Why is this business not going to make it? Well, because there is hardly anything on a sandwich. People do not want a lettuce sandwich! When a veggie is supposed to come with onion, tomato, olives, mushroom, etc. the sandwich should be full of veggies! They are veggies for Pete's sake! The bread is tasty but I basically had a lettuce and mustard sandwich. This place could go much farther actually filling a sandwich. Cutting corners with crappy iceberg lettuce will cost them their business. It's quite simple. The staff was nice and cheerful however. She was sweet and helpful.
