I placed an order for a triple smasher burger with only ketchup on it they misheard that and gave me a smasher with everything on it. I paged to get my order fixed and when they brought it back all that was changed was the top bun onions still attached to the bottom bun. Manager did give a full refund which is appreciated but kitchen staff need to not do half ass work.

I like this place just because sonic is my goto. A couple of times my order has messed up but if I say something they have fixed it so I do appreciate what they do. They have a lot of business so be paitent

Ordered a burger and fries. Was told their fryer was down. I was ok with that it happens. Got the burger and it had to be the worst burger I have ever eaten. I heard they have been bought by another company and the quality had gone down. I can say by my experience it has definitely gone down. I also noticed when leaving I was the only customer and I think that saying alot.

I cannot seem to get what I ordered here made for me correctly and it's not even custom. Either their speakers are messed up, their headsets are messed up, or the cooks just blatantly don't pay close attention, but this has been the fourth time in a row that I've had an issue. Thankfully the customer service at the point of complaining is good enough that they'll give you a gift card for the trouble but it still doesn't excuse the fact that this happens repetitively.

I hate being a 'karen' but when I'm not getting what I pay for it adds up, and the inconvenience and time wasted doesn't help.

Our order was very simple we literally said the number on the meals and said what we wanted to drink and the only thing they got right was the sandwich and one of the drinks we didn’t even get everything we ordered YES I should’ve checked the bag before I left but there’s no excuse it wasn’t busy at all

Very disappointed that when I used the app and paid for my food, then I arrived for pick up the slots were full of arrogant young people who were not buying anything but using the parking area to socialize with their friends. I had to wait long enough that if I could have gotten a refund, I would have, and I was told they couldn't make these non paying squatters move from the parking spaces. Think twice about whether it's worth it and if your food will be cold.

Not many drive in restaurants left in the United States..I always enjoy pulling in and not getting out of the car. Love the ice in the route 44 drinks. It's a thing.
