Starbucks is a popular coffee shop that has had its ups and downs. However, on a recent visit, the staff provided exceptional service. Maddy, in particular, was professional, kind, and sincere, making the experience the best ever for the reviewer. The other two workers were also friendly and efficient. The store is well-organized, with drinks made in a reasonable amount of time, even during busy periods. Some staff members are familiar with regular customers and greet them by name. Overall, Starbucks is a great place to grab a drink, with friendly and professional staff.
